Yoga Fest 2023

Yoga Fest 2023 is an experience of the mind, body and spirit. This day will allow you to explore many facets of the yogic world, led by experienced, qualified teachers. The classes represent several different forms of yoga, and other related activities. Please join us for a day of well-being and self-care. No experience necessary. Bring a mat, towel, sunblock, water, a sense of humor, a positive attitude and a willingness to explore the inquiry of yoga. Join us for a day of fun! Namaste.

The event and all sessions are open to residents of the Amston Lake District. Residents may invite and sponsor a guest for a fee of $20 which will be collected at the event.  Yoga Fest is an adults only event restricted to those 18 and older.
